This project was a comprehensive renovation and redesign that transformed both the interior and exterior living spaces into a cohesive, modern retreat. The design focused on creating clean architectural lines, warm natural materials, and functional spaces tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle.

Inside the home, the renovation included a custom media wall with integrated seating, a complete primary bathroom remodel featuring a freestanding soaking tub and modern floating vanity, a stylish powder room with rich wood finishes and contemporary detailing, and an updated secondary bathroom designed with simplicity and timeless appeal. Every space was thoughtfully planned to maximize functionality while maintaining a calm, sophisticated aesthetic.

The outdoor living areas were completely reimagined to create a seamless extension of the home. A custom-covered lounge area was designed for year-round entertaining, featuring comfortable seating, architectural wood details, and resort-inspired finishes. The pool deck was refreshed with modern furnishings and lush tropical landscaping, creating a private backyard oasis ideal for relaxation and entertaining.
