Specializing in Cozy Modern design, SOLO Design offers comprehensive services including design concept development, space planning, furnishings and finishes selection, purchasing, and installation management. Whether transforming an existing space through renovation or designing from the ground up, the firm is known for delivering creative, thoughtful, and highly individualized interior solutions.

At the heart of SOLO Design is Founder and Principal Designer, Sandrine Alkhal Viera. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Sandrine has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and a hands-on approach that has earned the trust of more than 100 loyal residential and commercial clients. Her passion for design and commitment to each project are reflected in every space she creates.

Sandrine specializes in innovative, modern interiors that balance beauty, comfort, and functionality. Her design philosophy centers on understanding each client's lifestyle, vision, budget, and spatial needs, resulting in environments that are both sophisticated and uniquely personal. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, expert use of materials, and thoughtful application of color, she creates timeless interiors that reflect the individuality of every client.

Before establishing SOLO Design in Miami, Sandrine spent five years as a designer with Levine, Calderin & Associates, where she refined her expertise in residential and commercial design. She earned her degree in Interior Design from the International Fine Arts College in Miami, now known as Miami International University of Art & Design.

Originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Sandrine is a proud naturalized citizen of the United States and resides in Miami, Florida. Her multilingual abilities in English, French, Haitian Creole, and Business Spanish allow her to effectively serve a diverse and international clientele.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sandrine is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is a co-founder and active board member of Sow a Seed, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting underprivileged children in Haiti through educational and community-focused initiatives.
